Our Values

We adopt a code of ethics and all of our employees are required to comply with this code. The goal of our code of ethics is to: (i) promote objectivity in respect of interpretations of ethical principles, (ii) provide a formal and institutional reference point for the professional conduct of all employees (including the ethical management of conflicts of interests, whether real and/or apparent, which is the standard for our internal and external relationships with shareholders, customers, employees, service providers, suppliers, unions, competitors, society, government and the community in which we operate), and (iii) ensure that concerns relating to efficiency, competitiveness and profitability do not conflict with our ethical standards.
